I was today years old when I discovered these GF noodles nestled into the shelf of my local Whole Foods. After being gluten-free for the past five years, I had given up hope of ever getting to taste those ramen noodles made to look so delicious in every Korean Drama. But now I have hope, and I will sing it from the rooftop! Hooray for ramen even my tender tummy can enjoy!

Bibimbap is good no matter what, but the best is when you get to have the crispy rice goodness at the bottom. Really, you can’t go wrong with that, but the surest way to get it is by using a dolsot.

I was watching “Five Children” this week, and one of the kids’ favorite dishes was soy sauce tteokbokki. I am a big fan of the usual spicy tteokbokki and was intrigued. A little internet sleuthing later and I found this recipe that I’ll definitely be veganizing and making ASAP

gimMe Snacks – Organic Roasted Seaweed – Sea Salt

Once you start eating these, you won’t be able to stop. As the name implies, this seaweed snack is quite addicting. This is another product that I have a constant supply of in my kitchen. The salty goodness satisfies for a snack and is quite healthy for you too. Just don’t eat too much at once or you will run out too fast and have to buy more! Who are we kidding though, these will get eaten FAST!
