For any diehard Kpop or KDrama fan there is no sadder day than when their bias heads off to complete their military service. Required by law, every able-bodied Korean male must serve in some capacity in the military before they are 29, and sadly that includes our favorite baes.
There are a lot of factors affecting how long a star will serve. Enlistment periods vary based on the branch of service and service type so some idols will be away for shorter periods than others. It can be confusing, to say the least. Which is why we have created this easy database of every Kpop and KDrama idol currently serving. Below you will find their enlistment dates and release dates, service type, and ongoing updates from military service. It may be tough to say goodbye to our beloved boys, but we can take pride in watching them serve their country. Let’s cheer them on together…and countdown the days until they come back.
