Song Hye Gyo and Park Bo Gum’s new drama “Boyfriend” Confirmed for November Premiere.

Breaking News! Song Hye Gyo and Park Bo Gum’s new drama “Boyfriend” has just confirmed that it will be airing this November on tvN!  This is a whole month earlier than we had thought.

‘Boyfriend’ tells the story of Cha Soo Hyun(Song Hye Gyo), the daughter of a politician who has never lived her own life for a moment.  As a young woman, she was forced into a convenience marriage to promote her father’s career.  Now after having a child, she makes the bold decision to end her loveless marriage.  This is when she accidently meets Kim Jin-hyuk(Park Bo Gum,) a young man with the precious gift of enjoying life.   Reports say theirs will be a beautiful and sad love story full of misfortune.  Needless to say, I’m getting my tissue box ready.

Aside from the star power, this drama also has the added allure of being from the production company behind “What’s Wrong With Secretary Kim?” which has stolen all of our hearts.

Filming will begin as soon as casting is finished.
